What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a funnel marketing strategy? Why do online marketers need to create one?

It's a strategy for marketing that you employ to convince potential customers to buy your products. It's a selling process where a visitor comes to your website to find information that could help solve a problem. You can establish a relationship with each person by using certain tools.

This will allow you to better understand the needs of every user. This will allow you to provide the most relevant information to all your visitors. Visitors will feel more confident purchasing your products if you have gained their confidence. This visitor will then become a client.

In time, many customers turn into extremely loyal clients who are ready to buy any item that you promote on your site. A marketing funnel consists of all of the steps required to bring a frequent visitor to your website into a loyal client and purchase every item you offer.

This is the main goal of any online marketer. This is possible with a well-designed funnel.

Your promotional materials are attracting people's attention and guiding them to the funnel. The funnel is opened once they fill out the form that you have on your PERSONAL lead capture page. I use the word "personal" because no one is going to opt in to your lead capture for business page. They are looking for an executive to join them, not a small business.

The page for lead capture is where they begin the funnel. When they click the "Sign up now" or "Enter here" buttons, they will be able to access a whole new world of network marketing.

The best thing is that they are qualified to do it. It is their decision. They have nothing to sell you except your leadership skills and mentor and as someone who will help them get more leads into their business.

This is the way a standard marketing funnel works:

At the "front-end" you can offer an offer that is free to draw and qualify people who may have an interest to purchase your products further down the sales funnel. To receive your free product you must sign up (also known as opt-in) and give your name and email address. Then you'll add them to your mailing list.

Now that you have the contacts on your account, you can make them aware of offers that are similar to theirs.

After sign-up for the free offer they will be taken to a page that has a low-cost offer, also called trip wire offers. This is the moment they will be taken to the "back side" of your funnel.

If the person purchases the lowest priced deal, they will be directed to a comparable offer at a more expensive cost (commonly called an upsell). If the buyer purchases the higher-priced offer, they will be transferred to a different product that is priced higher. The list could continue for a long time...
